How long will my order take to arrive?

Our products ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses. Most US orders arrive within 5–15 business days — items stocked in US warehouses typically arrive in 2–7 days, while internationally stocked items can take up to 3 weeks. You'll see an estimated delivery date at checkout and get tracking information once your order ships.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If something isn't right with your order, contact us and we'll make it right. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating a free account lets you track orders and check out faster next time.

How do I track my order?

Use the Track Orders link in the footer of the site, or check your account page once your order has shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout.

Are your products reliable in a real emergency?

That's the standard everything in our store is held to. We select gear we'd trust ourselves — if a product doesn't meet that bar, we don't carry it.

Which survival kit is right for me?

It depends on who you're preparing for and where. Solo hikers, families, and home emergency plans all need different kits. When in doubt, contact us and we'll point you in the right direction.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

Out-of-stock items are marked clearly on the product page. Check back soon — popular items are restocked regularly.

Do you offer bulk or organization discounts?

Yes — if you're equipping a team, school, workplace, or community group, contact us through the Contact page and we'll work something out.
